The My Mood Monitor Screen (M-3 Screen) is a self-rated checklist that screens for potential mood and anxiety symptoms. The 27-question screener assesses an individual’s risk of suffering from depression, anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and bipolar disorder. It was developed by a group of doctors. Its effectiveness has been validated against the The Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI), a standard diagnostic tool,〔Sheehan DV, Lecrubier Y, Sheehan KH, et al.
